Tip: When installing the T2 for the first time, open mouthpiece, unscrew the replaceable head & re-screw it in & give a firm twist to ensure it's tightly screwed. Sometimes they are shipped loose & won't fire. Also when filling, drop 1 or 2 drops of juice directly into the coil to prime.
