Age Verification
As a result of the passage of Bill S-5, vaping products that contain nicotine can now be legally sold as consumer products by retailers according to provincial or territorial legislation. The legislation bans the sale of non-prescription vaping products to persons under the age of 18 years. For vaping products purchased online, the seller must verify that the person taking delivery of the product is at least 18 years of age.
Effective immediately, all parcels shipped within Canada will require "PROOF OF AGE". The “Proof of Age” option ensures that, when the receiver appears to be less than 25 years of age, a photo identification proving age will be requested and the signature and name of the signatory will be recorded. The item will only be handed over to a person with an acceptable identification (ID) proving the required age (18 or 19) selected by the customer as part of the Proof of Age option.
Although, now in Canada the minimum required age is set to 18 years old, we will follow the law as set by each province.

Returned orders with failure to prove the "PROOF OF AGE" will be subject to a $10 processing/restocking fee plus the 2 x shipping fees incurred. The balance will be then credited back. If you are not of age of majority, do not make an order with us. You will be rejected at the door or Post Office and you will incure expenses.
