We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from VAPEMAIL.  Should you need to return an item for any reason, we would be more than happy to accept your request.  All returned items must not be opened or used.  Ejuice can not be returned or exchanged.

Instructions for returning an item

1. Log into your account
2. Click on [ORDER HISTORY]
3. Using the Order ID #, click on the page icon with the microscope()
4. Scroll to the item that you would like to send back and click on the return icon()
5. Fill in all required information into the form
6. Return your item in a padded envelope or small shipping box and send to: VAPEMAIL, 16 Salinas Court, Toronto, ON, M6B 4L3

Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We can not refund any shipping charges. Once we confirm the item has been returned to us in satisfactory condition, we will then issue you a refund in the method of payment that was used to make the purchase.
